We recommend sending your order first with no payment up front so we can confirm the total cost to you by phone or email so you know in advance exactly what the total cost will be up front. We have a number of options for you to get your Videotapes, Camcorder cassettes, Photos, Slides and Cine films onto DVD. If you dont want to fuss over order forms, just send us a covering letter instead, either way, we always call you with a quote before any work is completed. You only pay when your order is completed and ready for dispatch back to you.  Small orders can be sent in a bubble envelope. Most customers just box up their media and send the films to us by a secure method like Royal Mail Special Delivery (not just recorded delivery, Special Delivery is a safe guaranteed next day delivery service by 12.00 noon) Just also include a covering letter with your details or complete our order forms, print this and put in with your media before posting.   You can also drop your order off to us in person. We are a high street shop open Monday to Saturday and you are welcome to call in with your films. Our full postal address is at the bottom of all our order forms, so you can print an address label to attach to your package before sending it to us We can also come to your home or work to collect your films. We collect from anywhere in the UK for just £10 each way. This is a very popular and convenient solution as we come to you and uplift your order. Just print of an order form or include a covering letter with your contact details and your full instructions, put this in a box with your film and call us to arrange your collection.  Call us on free 0800 0141 666 (24/7) To arrange a local pick up from your home or work address Use can either use the order forms links on the right, or if you want to combine different formats like photos, slides and video onto the same DVD you can just include a short covering letter instead outlining your running order along with your full contact details. Remember to include a day time telephone number so we can call you to confirm your requirements and provide you with an exact quote before your order is processed. Cine Film Guidance  With cine film transfers we digitally measure the total length of the film on the reels. This way you wont pay for half empty reels of film. It also means you don't get charge for adjusting your films speed to normal. If we have to slow your films down to make them appear natural it wont cost you a penny extra. You can send us any type of cine film for combining to the same DVD. All cine formats are 10p per foot to hard drive, 15p per foot to DVD, or 30p per foot to blu-ray. All orders get 2 Free extra DVD copies and a Free DVD-ROM for editing or archiving at no extra charge. Further additional extra DVD copies are from £5. Memory Card Guidance For memory cards with photos and video on them and it can be hard to work out a total running time. We normally combine al the video sections first and then do a digital slideshow of any still photographs you have taken at the end of the DVD. All types of memory card cost £20 onto DVD (max of 2 hours of video content), if over 2 hours we can make a twin DVD set and call you with the cost. All memory card orders come with a normal DVD for TV viewing and an extra FREE CD/DVD-ROM with your photos archived so you can re-use your memory again. Further extra copies are from £5.
